1 RESOLVED (the Senate concurring), That the General Assembly
2 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, pursuant to the authority
3 and procedure provided in 42 Pa.C.S. § 2155(b), hereby rejects
4 in their entirety the initial sentencing guidelines adopted by
5 the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing as published in Volume
6 11, Pennsylvania Bulletin, page 463 et seq.
