A RESOLUTION
1 Reestablishing the Commission on the Future of the Philadelphia,
2 Pittsburgh and Harrisburg International Airports and the
3 Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority.
4 WHEREAS, On July 3, 2004, the House of Representatives
5 adopted House Resolution No. 823, Printer's No. 4286, which
6 established the Commission on the Future of the Philadelphia,
7 Pittsburgh and Harrisburg International Airports and the
8 Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority; and
9 WHEREAS, The due date for the commission's final report under
10 House Resolution No. 823 is no later than January 30, 2005;
11 therefore be it
12 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives reestablish the
13 Commission on the Future of the Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and
14 Harrisburg International Airports and the Southeastern
15 Pennsylvania Transportation Authority as provided for under
16 House Resolution No. 823; and be it further
17 RESOLVED, That the members serving on the commission under
18 House Resolution No. 823 be reappointed to complete their
1 assigned responsibilities under House Resolution No. 823.
