AN ACT
1 Amending the act of June 26, 1992 (P.L.322, No.64), entitled "An
2 act providing for Commonwealth support for the Agriculture
3 Education Loan Forgiveness Program for Pennsylvania residents
4 who graduate from institutions of higher education and who
5 apply their degrees in agriculture to family farms within
6 this Commonwealth," further providing for expiration of act.
7 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
8 hereby enacts as follows:
9 Section 1. Section 7 of the act of June 26, 1992 (P.L.322,
10 No.64), known as the Agriculture Education Loan Forgiveness Act,
11 amended June 28, 1993 (P.L.136, No.32), is amended to read:
12 [Section 7. Expiration.
13 This act shall expire July 1, 1998.]
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
