"second or" in line 11, all of line 12 and "been issued" in line
13 and inserting
second class A and third class where an ordinance has been
enacted
Amend Bill, page 1, lines 16 and 17, by striking out "second
or third class, borough or township may be authorized by
executive order" and inserting
second class A and third class may be authorized by an
ordinance
Amend Bill, page 1, line 18, by inserting after "owner."
A city of the second class A and third class shall notify
the department of any ordinance under this subsection.
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 1 through 9, by striking out "An
executive order may be" in line 1 and all of lines 2 through 9
and inserting
A city of the second class A and third class shall enact an
ordinance which authorizes the use of electric low-speed
scooters under a micro-mobility pilot project to commence in the
city of the second class A and third class and which provides a
limited fleet of electric low-speed scooters, as determined by
the city of the second class A and third class within the
boundaries of the city of the second class A and third class.
