AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL NO. 266

Amend Bill, page 4, by inserting between lines 6 and 7
Section 8. The following shall be conditions of receipt of
money appropriated under this act:
(1) The University of Pittsburgh may not require proof
of vaccination against COVID-19 to use any service, enter any
building or undertake any activity, including attending class
in person, in a facility within the control or ownership of
The University of Pittsburgh.
(2) The University of Pittsburgh may not include
information on an identification card or electronic tracking
system regarding whether the holder of the identification
card has received a vaccination against COVID-19.
(3) The University of Pittsburgh may not develop an
electronic tracking system for an individual who has or has
not received a vaccination against COVID-19.
(4) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, The
University of Pittsburgh may not do any of the following:
(i) Order or otherwise require a closure.
(ii) Order or otherwise require an individual that
has not been exposed or potentially exposed to a
contagious disease to do any of the following:
(A) Physically distance from other individuals.
(B) Wear a universal face covering.
(C) Conduct a specific hygienic practice.
(D) Shelter in place, quarantine or isolate from
other individuals.
(E) Restrict travel.
(5) The University of Pittsburgh shall prohibit
experimentation with fetal tissue or related research.
