Amend Bill, page 1, line 10, by inserting after "Assembly"
or executive department or agency
Amend Bill, page 1, lines 10 through 14, by striking out "A
lobbyist, lobbying" in line 10, all of lines 11 through 13 and
"with the lobbying firm." in line 14 and inserting
A lobbying firm or principal may not lobby an individual who
is an employee of the General Assembly or an executive
department or agency, and who was an employee of that lobbying
firm or principal, for a period of one year after the date the
individual left employment with the lobbying firm or principal.
This prohibition shall extend to lobbying by any lobbyist
employed by the same lobbying firm or principal.

inserting
