AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 1588

Amend Bill, page 22, line 10, by striking out all of said
line and inserting
Section 3. This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) The following shall take effect immediately:
(i) This section.
(ii) The amendment or addition of the definitions of
"branch," "remote location" and "wholesale table funder"
in 7 Pa.C.S. § 6102.
(iii) The amendment of 7 Pa.C.S. § 6131(f)(2).
(2) The remainder of this act shall take effect in 60
days.
