Amend Bill, page 35, by inserting between lines 4 and 5
(c) Waiver of copays and fees.--The department or the
Department of Human Services shall waive all copays and fees
related to prenatal, labor and delivery and postpartum care and
recovery for incarcerated or detained individuals regardless of
their ability to pay or financial means.
Amend Bill, page 35, line 5, by striking out "(C)" and
