AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 1328

Amend Bill, page 1, lines 20 through 22, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
Section 1. Section 3(a)(11) of the act of May 26, 1947
(P.L.318, No.140), known as the CPA Law, is amended to read:
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 2 and 3, by striking out "AICPA's
Code of Professional Conduct " and inserting
a nationally recognized code of professional conduct
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 7 and 8
Section 2. Section 4.2(b)(3) and (d)(4) of the act are
amended and the section is amended by adding a subsection to
read:
