AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 231

Amend Bill, page 1, line 2, by inserting after "Statutes,"
in public indecency, further providing for the offense of
obscene and other sexual materials and performances; and,
Amend Bill, page 1, lines 6 and 7, by striking out all of
said lines and inserting
Section 1. Sections 5903(e)(3) and 6318(a) of Title 18 of
the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended to read:
ยง 5903. Obscene and other sexual materials and performances.

(e) Definitions.--As used in subsections (c) and (d) of this
section:

(3) "Sexual conduct" means acts of masturbation,
[homosexuality,] sexual intercourse, sexual bestiality or
physical contact with a person's clothed or unclothed
genitals, pubic area, buttocks or, if such person be a
female, breast.
