Amend Bill, page 1, line 27, by inserting after "amended"
where it occurs the second time
and the section is amended by adding a subsection
Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 6 and 7
(h) Identification of structural deficits.--If the office
identifies a structural deficit in its five-year assessment of
the State's current fiscal condition, the office shall provide
estimates and recommendations of possible revenue sources that
would be reasonably sufficient to correct the structural
deficit. The office shall also provide estimates of long-term
borrowing costs and potential credit rating downgrades
associated with the continuation of a structural deficit.
