(a) Required coverage.--
Amend Bill, page 24, by inserting between lines 18 and 19
(b) Sovereign immunity and governmental immunity.--
Commonwealth agencies and municipalities shall have no duty to
make streets, highways or real estate safe for use by personal
delivery devices. Commonwealth agencies and municipalities shall
be immune from suit by authorized entities and owners of cargo
and other items carried on or within a personal delivery device
for property damages.
