Amend Bill, page 3, lines 3 through 7, by striking out all of
said lines and inserting
(f) Administration.--The department may establish a nominal
fee to cover the cost of verification.
Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 14 and 15
(i) Funding contingency.--The powers and duties of the
department under this section may not be exercised until the
General Assembly has appropriated funding sufficient to exercise
those powers and duties.
