Amend Bill, page 1, lines 9 and 10, by striking out all of
said lines and inserting
Section 1. Section 6104(d) of Title 27 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
ยง 6104. Fund.

(d) Allocation.-- The money appropriated in subsection (c)
shall be allocated annually as follows:
* * *
(7) For fiscal year 2019-2020 and each year thereafter,
an additional $5,000,000 of the money in the fund shall be
allocated to the Department of Conservation and Natural
Resources solely for grants for the purposes described in
section 6105(a)(1)(ii) (relating to agencies).

Section 2. Section 6105(a)(1) of Title 27 is amended to
read:
