(a) Commission composition.--The committee shall serve as
the county probation officers' firearm education and training

all of its funding, powers, duties and responsibilities.
(b) Advisory subcommittee.--The committee shall appoint a
subcommittee with expertise comparable to that of the former
membership of the county probation officers' firearm education
and training commission.
