Amend Bill, page 18, by inserting between lines 16 and 17
(c) Civil penalty under Air Pollution Control Act.--
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the
civil penalty assessed by the Department of Environmental
Protection under section 9.1 of the act of January 8, 1960 (1959
P.L.2119, No.787), known as the Air Pollution Control Act, shall
be at least $37,500 per day for each violation which occurs
after the effective date of this subsection.
