Amend Bill, page 6, by inserting between lines 20 and 21
Section 110-A. Nonretaliation of employees.
An employee of a business granted a waiver under this article
whose residence or place of business is located in a county
under a stay-at-home order or other restriction so ordered by
the Governor shall not be fired, demoted or in any other way
retaliated against for refusing to return to work out of concern
for the employee's health or safety. The employee shall remain
eligible for all applicable Federal and State unemployment
assistance until such time that the residence or place of
business is operating in full compliance with the Department of
Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
guidelines.
