AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 2386

Amend Bill, page 1, by inserting between lines 11 and 12
"Business." Any business, industry or trade operating with a
physical location in this Commonwealth, regardless of whether
that physical location is open to the public.
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 20 and 21
(3) The business is based in this Commonwealth and
employs not more than 200 individuals.
Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 6 and 7
(g) Annual report.--Within 90 days of the end of the fiscal
year, the department shall prepare an annual report to the
chairman and minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee
of the Senate and the chairman and minority chairman of the
Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives. The
report, which shall be for the immediately preceding fiscal
year, shall include the number of businesses that applied for
the grant and the funds appropriated to each business.
