Section 6. Environmental impact study.
(a) Study.--The Legislative Budget and Finance Committee
shall conduct an environmental impact study and cost analysis on
the production and use of fossil fuels in this Commonwealth,
including the impact of the production and use of fossil fuels
on the air quality, carbon emissions, water quality and public
health in this Commonwealth.
(b) Publication.--The Legislative Budget and Finance
Committee shall submit the findings of the environmental impact
study and cost analysis to the Legislative Reference Bureau for
publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
