Amend Bill, page 2, line 3, by inserting after "design."
The letters, numbers and outline of the State on the
plate shall be stamped into the surface of the plate such
that the letters, numbers and outline of the State are raised
from the surface of the plate in a manner that is similar to
the design of the Pennsylvania 1956 general issuance plate.
