Amend Bill, page 10, by inserting between lines 17 and 18
Section 8. Reports.
The department shall report annually to the General Assembly
the following information:
(1) The number of complaints received under section
4(a).
(2) The number of violations of section 3(a) identified
as a result of the duty and authority to investigate under
section 4(c) and (d).
(3) The number of employees that received a warning for
the first time under section 4(g)(1).
(4) The number of cases referred to the Attorney General
for enforcement under section 4(g)(2).
(5) The number of second or subsequent violations of
section 3(a) identified as a result of findings of the
Attorney General.
