Amend Bill, page 10, lines 18 and 19, by striking out all of
said lines and inserting
Section 8. Notice of appropriation.
Upon the appropriation to and receipt of sufficient Federal
funds by the department and the Office of Attorney General for
the enforcement of this act, the Secretary of Labor and Industry
and the Attorney General shall transmit notice of the
appropriation and receipt to the Legislative Reference Bureau
for publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
Section 9. Effective date.
This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) Section 8 and this section shall take effect
immediately.
(2) The remainder of this act shall take effect upon
publication of the notice under section 8.
