Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 1 and 2
"Advanced materials." Manufacturing segments such as glass,
cement, steel, aluminum, advanced glass and fiber components for
electronics and consumer media devices and advanced construction
materials such as lightweight concrete, recycled plastics, high-
strength metals and nanofibers.
"Data-driven manufacturing." The use of analytics, AI and
robotics for data centers and fabricated materials, components
and additive materials manufacturing.

(d) Requirement.--All abandoned manufacturing sites owned by
the Commonwealth or a political subdivision shall be listed on
the registry within 60 days of vacancy.
(e) Report.--On or before the second March 30 of the
effective date of this section, and every subsequent March 30
thereafter, the department shall submit a report to the
chairperson and minority chairperson of the Community, Economic
and Recreational Development Committee of the Senate, the
chairperson and minority chairperson of the Commerce Committee
of the House of Representatives to include, but not be limited
to:
(1) the number of properties, by county, on the registry
during the previous year;
(2) the number of times the registry has been accessed
in the previous year;
(3) any perceived achievements during the prior year;
(4) the plans for the upcoming year to improve processes
and procedures; and
(5) any difficulties in the administration of the
registry experienced.
