Amend Bill, page 2, line 21, by striking out ", fourth,
fifth, sixth, seventh or eighth"
Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 12 and 13
(d) This section shall not apply to home rule counties of
the third class. Any reclassification of counties as a result of
a Federal decennial census or of a State statute shall not apply
to this section.
Amend Bill, page 3, line 15, by inserting after
"municipality"
within a county of the third class
Amend Bill, page 6, by inserting between lines 3 and 4
(k) This section shall not apply to home rule counties of
the third class. Any reclassification of counties as a result of
