AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL NO. 611

Amend Bill, page 4, lines 7 through 11, by striking out "as
set forth in Federal law" in line 7 and all of lines 8 through
11 and inserting
:
(1) under 18 U.S.C. ยงยง 371 (relating to commit offense
or to defraud United States) and 1341 (relating to frauds and
swindles); and
(2) as set forth in Federal law substantially the same
as the crimes enumerated herein[.]:
(i) classified as a felony; or
(ii) punishable by a term of imprisonment exceeding
five years.
Amend Bill, page 5, line 24, by striking out "immediately
forfeited upon" and inserting
forfeited retroactive to the date of
Amend Bill, page 5, line 25, by striking out "entry of a"
Amend Bill, page 5, line 28, by inserting after "employment."
The sentencing court shall transmit the notice to the
appropriate benefits administrator within three business days
after entry of the plea, verdict or order.
