Amend Bill, page 1, line 15, by inserting after
"Commonwealth"
or to the position of solicitor for a political subdivision
in this Commonwealth
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 4 and 5
(b) As used in this section, the term "political
subdivision" means any county, city, borough, incorporated town,
township, school district, vocational school district or county
institution district.
