AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 1419

Amend Bill, page 24, line 2, by striking out all of said line
and inserting
Section 3. The following shall apply:
(1) The Pennsylvania State Police and the Administrative
Office of Pennsylvania Courts shall identify and complete the
processing of records that are eligible, on the effective
date of this paragraph, for limited access under 18 Pa.C.S. §
9122.2, within 365 days following the effective date of this
paragraph.
(2) A petition for limited access under 18 Pa.C.S. §
9122.1 may be filed beginning 180 days after the effective
date of this paragraph.
Section 4. This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) The following provisions shall take effect
immediately:
(i) This section.
(ii) Section 3(2) of this act.
(2) The amendment of 18 Pa.C.S. § 9122.1 shall take
effect in 180 days.
(3) The remainder of this act shall take effect in 365
days.
