Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 25 and 26
(f) Nondisclosure agreements.--A nondisclosure agreement
involving a claim under this act shall be invalid and
unenforceable unless the plaintiff or legal representative of
the plaintiff has agreed to nondisclosure.
