through 3; by striking out "as long as the owner of the" in line
16, all of lines 17 and 18 on page 1 and all of lines 1 through
3 on page 2 and inserting
except that the vehicle may not be:
(1) operated on any roadway having a speed limit in
excess of 55 miles per hour or on any limited access highway;
or
(2) driven at any speed if a child under 18 years of age
is a passenger in the vehicle.
Amend Bill, page 2, line 5, by striking out "60" and
inserting
