and inserting

(1) Except as set forth in paragraph (2), a person
adversely affected by an ordinance,
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 7 and 8
(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to a challenge of a
prohibition of the possession of a firearm by an individual
convicted of an offense under section 2706 (relating to
terroristic threats) or 2715 (relating to threat to use
weapons of mass destruction).
