AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 107

Amend Bill, page 6, by inserting between lines 9 and 10
(e.1) Credit.--A homeowner who has converted the homeowner's
residence to natural gas in the 10 years prior to the effective
date of this subsection shall receive a credit for 10 years
following the effective date of this section against any
distribution system extension charge placed on the homeowner's
natural gas bill.
