Amend Bill, page 6, by inserting between lines 25 and 26
Section 4. Notwithstanding the amendment of 75 Pa.C.S. §§
1317 and 1520, the Department of Transportation may continue to
use existing materials that reference a fine of up to $300 for a
violation of 75 Pa.C.S. § 3709 until 6 months after the
effective date of this act.
Amend Bill, page 6, line 26, by striking out "4" and
