Amend Bill, page 2, lines 21 through 29, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
(c) If, prior to final payment of the purchase price under
the contract, the purchaser shall default in making payments on
account thereof, the seller shall be entitled to retain as
liquidated damages [and withdraw from the special account]
thirty percent of the contract price[, and shall refund to the
purchaser the balance in the special account, if any]. The total
refund shall be paid to the purchaser within sixty days of the
default.
Amend Bill, page 4, lines 20 through 22, by striking out "and
forward a copy of the report filed" in line 20, all of line 21
and "Office of Attorney General" in line 22
Amend Bill, page 4, lines 24 and 25, by striking out "or the
Consumer Protection Bureau of the Office of Attorney General "
