Amend Bill, page 7, by inserting after line 30
(b) No active solicitation municipalities.--
(1) It shall not be the mission of the board to actively
solicit any municipality or other public entity to require a
plumbing license for those performing plumbing services
within their jurisdiction.
(2) Nothing in this subsection shall be construed to
prevent the board or any board member from providing
information to, or otherwise educating, any member of the
public or any municipality or other public entity about this
act, plumbing or plumbing licensure, nor from providing any
advice regarding this act, plumbing or plumbing licensure.
