Amend Bill, page 9, by inserting between lines 22 and 23
(6) (i) The following personal identification
information:
(A) A record containing all or part of a
person's Social Security number, driver's license
number, personal financial information, home,
cellular or personal telephone numbers, personal e-
mail addresses, employee number or other confidential
personal identification number.
(B) A spouse's name, marital status or
beneficiary or dependent information.
(C) The home address of a law enforcement
officer [or], judge[.], Commonwealth employee,
municipal employee or employee of a school entity.
For the purposes of this clause, the term "school
entity" shall include a school district, intermediate
unit, area vocational-technical school, charter
school or cyber charter school.
