No later than 90 days prior to the end of the term of a State
Inspector General, the Governor shall nominate a State Inspector
General.
Amend Bill, page 8, line 17, by striking out all of said line
and inserting
Section 3. This act shall take effect as follows:
(1) The addition of section 502-A(b) of the act shall
take effect January 16, 2019.
(2) The remainder of this act shall take effect in 60
days.
