13A09(a)(1) and (c)(1)
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 5 and 6
(a) Notice of alleged noncompliance.--
(1) The commission shall issue a notice of alleged
noncompliance to a person that has failed to register or
report as required by this chapter. The required registration
and reporting deadlines shall be extended for the duration of
any emergency, natural disaster or other such event that
directly affects the person required to register or report.
