8(ii) For the 2014-2015 school year and each school year
9thereafter, for special education students, a charter school
10shall receive an amount which shall be paid by the school
11district of residence of each student to be determined as
12follows:

13(A) An amount equal to funding the charter school received
14for each student enrolled in the 2013-2014 school year, the same
15funding as for each non-special education student as provided in
16clause (2), and an additional amount determined by dividing the
17district of residence's total special education expenditure by
18the product of multiplying the combined percentage of section
192509.5(k) times the district of residence's total average daily
20membership for the prior school year.

21(B) Notwithstanding any provisions of clauses (3.1) and
22(3.2), the formula in clauses (3.1) and (3.2) shall apply to
23charter schools created under section 1717-A to moneys provided
24that exceed the amount received under clause (3)(ii)(A).

25(iii) For the 1997-1998 school year through 2013-2104 school
26year, for special education students, the cyber charter school
27shall receive for each student enrolled the same funding as for
28each non-special education student as provided in clause (2),
29plus an additional amount determined by dividing the district of
30residence's total special education expenditure by the product
31of multiplying the combined percentage of section 2509.5(k)
32times the district of residence's total average daily membership
33for the prior school year. This amount shall be paid by the
34district of residence of each student.
