2(c) Alternate wage determination.--If proof under subsection
3(b) is not provided, the wages of the injured worker shall be
4determined by reference to the most appropriate area for the job
5performed by the employee as listed by the United States
6Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Employment
7Hours and Earnings, that is applicable for the date of injury.
