AMENDMENTS TO SENATE BILL NO. 1195

1Amend Bill, page 3, lines 25 through 30; page 4, lines 1
2through 4, by striking out all of said lines on said pages and
3inserting

4(c.1) If an employe alleges an injury that is incurred with
5an employer which is domiciled in another state and which has
6not secured the payment of compensation as required by this act,
7such employe shall provide to the Uninsured Employers Guaranty
8Fund and to any worker's compensation judge hearing a petition
9against the fund, a written notice, denial or ruling from such
10other state or an insurer licensed to write insurance in that
11state as to that employer, indicating that the employe is not
12entitled to workers' compensation benefits in that state. No
13compensation shall be payable from the Uninsured Employers
14Guaranty Fund until the employe submits the notice, denial or
15ruling, however, the employe may file a notice or petition
16against the fund under Article XVI of this act prior to such
17submission.

18Amend Bill, page 8, by inserting between lines 10 and 11

19(7) Testimony of the claimant, if found credible by the
20judge, which is provided in addition to one or more of the
21items listed in paragraphs (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6).
