6Section 5.1 Certificate of occupancy.

7Notwithstanding any other provisions of this act, if a
8certificate of occupancy has been filed for a multifamily
9dwelling or a residential building, the owner of the multifamily
10dwelling or residential building shall not be required to
11disclose information regarding the installation of carbon
12monoxide detectors on the property nor to provide access to the
13multifamily dwelling or residential building for purposes
14relating to the installation of carbon monoxide detectors.
