2Section 8. Presumption of liability.

3There shall be a rebuttable presumption that a manufacturer
4or seller of a carbon monoxide detector is responsible for death
5or injury of any individual from carbon monoxide poisoning in a
6leased premises where a carbon monoxide detector has been
7installed and maintained in accordance with this act.
