1Amend Bill, page 4, by inserting between lines 5 and 6

2(I) In the event the insurer from which reimbursement is 
3sought is found to have acted in an unreasonable manner or in 
4bad faith in refusing to make a reimbursement as required, or in 
5the administration of a workers' compensation claim itself, the 
6employe shall have standing to institute a civil action against 
7the employer or the insurer for such unreasonable or bad faith 
8actions.
