3 convicted of a felony enumerated under 18 Pa.C.S. § 6105(b) 
4(relating to persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, 
5sell or transfer firearms) or a felony under the act of April 
614, 1972 (P.L.233, No.64), known as The Controlled Substance, 
7Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act, or any equivalent Federal statute 
8or equivalent statute of any other state punishable by a term of 
9imprisonment exceeding two years,
