13(2) The department shall establish eligibility criteria and
14an application process for approving diploma-granting
15organizations to award high school diplomas to students enrolled
16in home education programs. The department shall maintain a list
17of approved diploma-granting organizations and post the list on
18the department's publicly accessible Internet website.
