7customer's residence, the public utility shall, within 48
8hours of the scheduled date of termination, post a notice
9of the proposed termination at the service location.] If 
10a prior contact has not been made with the customer or a 
11responsible adult as required under subparagraph (ii) or 
12at the affected residence at the time of termination, the 
13employee may not terminate service and shall 
14conspicuously post a termination notice at the residence 
15of the customer, advising that service will be terminated 
16not less than 48 hours from the date of the posting.
