1Amend Bill, page 8, lines 18 through 23, by striking out all
2of said lines and inserting

3(a) Automatic suspension.--The expiration date of an
4approval by a government agency that is granted for or in effect
5during the extension period, whether obtained before or after
6the beginning of the extension period, shall be automatically
7suspended during the extension period.
