8section for any paid media advertisement, including television,
9radio, movie theater, billboard, bus poster, newspaper,
10magazine, the Internet or any other commercial method that may
11promote enrollment of a charter school entity. Nothing in this
12subsection shall be construed to supersede or abrogate any
13applicable Federal, State or local law.

15Section 20.1. The act is amended by adding a section to
16read:

17Section 2554. Paid Media Advertisement.--(a) Funds received
18under this article may not be used by a school entity for any
19paid media advertisement, including television, radio, movie
20theater, billboard, bus poster, newspaper, magazine, the
21Internet or any other commercial method that may promote
22enrollment of a school entity. Nothing in this section shall be
23construed to supersede or abrogate any applicable Federal, State
24or local law.

25(b) For purposes of this section, the term "school entity"
26shall mean a school district, intermediate unit or an area
27vocational-technical school.
