2Section 5. Evaluation.

3(a) Evaluation.--The department shall evaluate the Early
4Childhood Vision Care Education Program every two years. The
5findings shall be shared with the General Assembly
6electronically and be made available on the department's
7Internet website.

8(b) Required information.--The department's evaluation shall
9include:

10(1) A description of the material developed.

11(2) How, when and where the materials are disseminated.

12(3) A description of the relationships that were
13developed among the department, health care providers and
14health-related community-based organizations.

15(4) Any other result of the program.
