1Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 21 and 22

2(d) Impoundment of motor vehicles.--Upon the conviction of
3an offense graded as a felony under this section, the court
4shall order the impoundment of any motor vehicle used in the
5commission of the offense for not less than 30 days. The person
6convicted shall be responsible for any fees associated with or
7related to the impoundment of the vehicle.
